I "discovered" these speciality competencies through exposure to Management Consulting Groups and GE trained Master Black Belts while I performed project management roles. Really, my career found me! The reasons I pursue it however, are because it's exciting to create a vision and strategy for business success. Setting out to achieve ambitious business goals feeds my results-oriented and competitive nature.
